About This Dashboard
Why TETS built a Sports Learning Hub — and how to use it effectively to develop athletes from age 6 through 60.
🏗️ How This Dashboard Was Built
Every site in this dashboard was researched, analyzed, and verified by the TETS team. We examined each platform's topics, skill levels, age ranges, and prerequisites — then organized them into a 5-stage learning pathway covering physical literacy through elite performance.
- 12 sites evaluated from hundreds of candidates
- Each site analyzed for free/paid content tiers
- Age ranges and prerequisites verified from site content
- All links manually tested and confirmed active
📚 The 5 Learning Stages
- Stage 1 (Ages 6–9): Physical Literacy — running, jumping, throwing
- Stage 2 (Ages 8–12): Sport Fundamentals — first sport-specific skills
- Stage 3 (Ages 12–16): Technical Development — consistency under pressure
- Stage 4 (Ages 14–Adult): Tactical Mastery — advanced play and strategy
- Stage 5 (Adults 18–60): Elite & Lifelong Fitness — peak performance
✅ Free vs. Paid Sites
TETS prioritizes free resources. Of the 12 sites in this dashboard:
- 8 sites are free (STACK, SoccerXpert, Football-Tutorials, TeamLinkt, NASM Blog, Class Central, and more)
- 3 are freemium (Sportplan, CoachTube, WebTennis24 — significant free content available)
- 2 are paid (MasterClass, USC eLearning — included for exceptional quality; free previews available)
Each card is clearly labeled with a green (Free), yellow (Freemium), or red (Paid) badge.
🧠 The Universal Skill Chain
Across all sports, the same prerequisite chain applies:
- Physical literacy (movement, balance, coordination) FIRST
- Basic rules and sport-specific equipment familiarity
- Core technical skills with correct form
- Consistency under light pressure before tactics
- Tactical understanding before specialized conditioning
- Power and intensity LAST — always after control
